The First-Buy. At Genesis the chain offers an allocation — one percent of all Scriptum, 420,000 FUNK of the fixed 42-million supply — at €0.01 per FUNK, with a hard cap of 50,000 FUNK (€500) per person.

The funds do not go to any individual. They are held in escrow by an independent attorney and pass to the Scriptum Foundation on its incorporation. Should the chain not reach viability before the Foundation is established, the escrowed funds are directed to charitable causes. The founder receives nothing from the First-Buy.

This is eligibility, not a guarantee. The window carries its own terms and timing, communicated when it opens.
